Pre-Assembling and Testing

Systems are pre-assembled, wired and tested at a location other than the site of final installation-typically at our workshop in Musaffah (Abu Dhabi). This process allows assembly and testing in a controlled environment with appropriate installation materials and tools readily at hand. Part or all of certain systems must be built on site, such as items to be installed in custom millwork (such as podiums) and retro-fit of existing customer’s equipment with minimal downtime. Systems and /or racks are assembled per the shop drawings, carefully following all notations and details.
